Return & Exchange Policy
If any Fancy Lulu website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a exchange. Sorry We Don't offer refunds. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.


Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be double charged for the new item and the old item you are planing to exchange.

We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow one complimentary exchange per order*. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

On the packing receipt or attach a note to let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If the package was lost during the return shipment, we do not hold responsibility. It's your responsibility to insure the package and have tracking # when you return the item back to us.
